Wonder Grottole is designed as a space for conversation, togetherness, relationship building, expressing creativity, generating new opportunities and experiencing new productivity. It is at the same time a residence, places for conviviality, exchange and outdoor workshops.

Wonder Bee&Bee

Wonder Bee&Bee is the Wonder Grottole project that combines innovation, sustainability and slow tourism with the world of beekeeping and apitherapy. A self-built bioarchitecture, an observatory on the world of bees, an oasis of peace and well-being. An integrated apiary where you can benefit from bee-aroma and bee-sound.

The Italian Sabbatical

In the summer of 2019, five people from all over the world embarked on an extraordinary adventure in the heart of the small village of Grottole. Selected from over 280,000 applications, Anne, Helena, Darrell, Pablo and Remo became the protagonists of the Italian Sabbatical.

Reuse the Fallen Church

Reuse the Fallen Church was an international architectural competition that revived the ruined Church of Grottole, a 15th-century jewel that was never completed. With over 550 projects from around the world, the initiative promoted the reuse of abandoned architectural heritage, transforming a forgotten place into a possible cultural venue for concerts and music. The most original proposals were presented in the exhibition "The fragile beauty. New visions for the ruined Church", hosted in the heart of the historic center of Grottole. A project that combines urban regeneration, culture and enhancement of Italian villages.

Exhibition The Fragile Beauty

Fragile Beauty was an exhibition hosted at the National Museum of Matera, dedicated to the most innovative proposals of the Reuse the Fallen Church competition. Through visions from all over the world, he narrated the possible future of the Ruined Church of Grottole, transforming it from a silent ruin to a symbol of regeneration and culture. An exhibition that combined creativity, memory and territory, giving voice to the power of beauty as an engine of rebirth.
