By Air
The nearest airport is Bari-Palese (Bari-Karol Wojtyła Airport), located just over an hour's drive from Grottole. To reach Grottole from Bari-Palese Airport you have two options: rent a car, or take a train or bus to Matera and then a bus to Grottole.
By Train
