Wonder Grottole is committed to re-inhabiting the historic center of the village, thanks to the regeneration of abandoned houses and the creation of a new community. Currently in the historic center there are about 620 abandoned houses and about 300 inhabitants live there, mostly elderly.

In 2019 Wonder Grottole acquired three abandoned houses and a land with a storage in the Rione Amedeo, in Rione De Pretis and in Vico I Savoia.

The Rione Amedeo house was renovated in 2019 and in 2020 we plan to start at least one other building site.

Staying in a Wonder Grottole house is a great way to support the project.
